So a blog should be updated how often?  Let's see, last update I was undecided; seaside or into the hills. 

So off to Baia de Fier and Pestera Muierii. Exploring the concept of roughing it.

And then the next morning, through the beautiful village of Baia de Fier, into the defile and up to the cave.

Back through the village to a fantastic meal, great friends and marvelous hospitality.

 

Bucharest

Ten days in Bucharest.  Time does fly.  The "jet lag" continues. Awake all night and then sleep until mid-afternoon.  The good news is I am not alone.  With the heat most of Bucharest seems to be on the same schedule.  Beautiful town!  Lots of green space.  Fantastic parks.  BEAUTIFUL WOMEN!  Fires burning in the Bucegi mountains.  Referendum tomorrow to oust the president. 

So, should we head for seaside or into the mountains?
